With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Parsons of Laurel, Delaware, born in Salisbury, Maryland, who passed away on December 18, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Evelyn Clark. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lowe Parsons of Laurel; his children, Steve Parsons (Anita) of Dover, Angie Carmine (Rob) of Laurel and Tesa Ambrosino of Laurel; his brother Frank Jester of Alabama; his niece Barbara Clark; his nephew Charles Clark Jr.; his grandchildren, Lilien, Rachel, Ricky, Brittany, Brian, Chris, Nicholas and Sophia Denae; and his great grandchildren, Korben, Ava, Julian, Carter, Ari, Oliver and Brooks.
