He is survived by: his children, Shannon Smith (Katie) of Fruitland, MD, Mace Smith (Lindsay) of Salisbury, MD and Kenzie Smith (Mike) of Laurel, DE; his grandchildren, Logan Smith, Brooke Smith, Sol Smith, Wynn Smith and Sky Smith; his sister Barbara Lawson; and his sister-in-law Pat Smith.
