He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jerry Loose and Winifred Loose (Lamar); his wife Cheryl Loose; his children, Raymond Loose Jr. and Tammy Davis (Shon) of Laurel, DE; and his grandchildren, Paul Toomey Jr. of Laurel, DE, Hunter Toomey of Laurel, DE, Elijah Toomey of Laurel, DE, Samantha Loose of Laurel, DE and Rachel Loose of Seaford, DE. He was also cherished by his two great-granddaughters; and a sister.
