He is survived by: his wife Patty Sisk; his daughters, Tammi Allen (Jerry) and Lorrie White (Bill); his grandchildren, Chasidy Rae Sisk, Michael Cosme (Sabrina) and Joshua Cosme (Lindsey); his great grandchildren, Maiya, Hunter and Colton; and his brother Roy Sisk (Mary). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and friends.
