We are sad to announce that on September 5, 2023, at the age of 83, Rachel E. Waller of Laurel, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joshua Elliott and Mary Elliott; and her brother George Elliott. She is survived by: her husband Ronald "Ronnie" L. Waller; her children, Jeff Cordrey (Peggy), Lisa Cordrey and Eric Cordrey (Renee); her grandchildren, Alison Cordrey, Elizabeth Robinson (Joe), Jeffrey Cordrey, Jr., Amanda Cordrey (Katie), Kiley Cordrey and Ryder Cordrey; her great grandchildren, Aliley and Florence; and her niece Kris Baker (Weber).
