She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Phillips and Edna Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Sheryl Hernandez of Delmar and Darrell Lee Hastings of Laurel; her grandchildren, Nicole Mumford, Mellissa Todd and Randy Penuel; and her great grandchild Alexux Keys.
