She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Brown and Mary Kelly Brown; her husband Ernest Justice; her daughter Dolores Oney; and her siblings, Robert Brown, Jr., Madlin Penn and Ruth Ann Brown.
She is survived by: her sons, Arther Justice (Doris Justice) and James A. Oney, Sr. (Ruby Oney); her siblings, Essie Durham, Mary Justice, Ollis Blackwell, Darlene Horsey and Wendell Brown; and her grandchildren, Yolanda Scott, Shanna Torres, Maleke Oney, Arthur Justice, Jr., James Oney, Jr. and Tai Oney.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Matthew First Baptist Church (32129 Wolfe St, Laurel, DE 19956). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
