It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathie Payne of Laurel, Delaware, who passed away on April 2, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eschol Mariner and Effie Mae Wootten Mariner. She is survived by: her children, Shane Payne (Tracy) and Amy Littleton; her siblings, Rob Mariner (Cathy), Mark Mariner (Teresa), Marcia Elliott (Jay) and Terri Wyatt (Mike); and her grandchildren, Haley Littleton, Matthew Littleton, Mackenzie Payne and Kamryn Payne. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions masks and social distancing will be required. A funeral service will be held privately.
