Hopkins, Jr. (Dina) of Laurel, DE; her siblings, Carl Powell of Dover, William Powell of Deal Island, MD and Carrie Jean Reed of Bridgeville; her grandson Richard A. "Trey" Hopkins, III (Rachael Bailey); and her great grandchild Cace Andrew Hopkins.
