It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith A. Friedel-Timmons of Laurel, Delaware, who passed away on December 4, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Harding Friedel and Alma James Phillips Friedel; her husband Layton E. Timmons, Jr.; and her son Layton "Chris" Timmons. She is survived by: her daughter Julie Lynch.
