It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Lawhorn Ramsey of Laurel, Delaware, who passed away on December 27, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Julian Clark Lawhorn and Dorothy Holland Lawhorn; her sons, Donnie Atkins (Marcie), Christopher Atkins (Leigh Ann) and Darryl Peery (Amy); her grandchildren, Caitlin Joyner (Daniel), Makenna Atkins, Ian Atkins and Nicholas Peery; her great grandchild Josiah Joyner; and her sisters, Linda Boitnott and Mary Ford (Henry). She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
