She was predeceased by: her parents, Merrill Bunting and Mary Bunting; her husband Francis Kelley; and her brothers, Johnnie Bunting, Larry Bunting and Allen Bunting.

She is survived by: her son Robert Mitchell (Vickie) of Laurel, DE; her grandchildren, Dustin Mitchell and Shannon Moore of Laurel, DE; her great grandchildren, Jade Mitchell, Aubrey Mitchell, Joey Moore, Brandon Moore and Luke Moore; and her stepgrandchildren, Stevie Donovan II, Shyla Wingo and Deegan Donovan.
