It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jon Matthew Parris of Laurel, Delaware, born in Seaford, Delaware, who passed away on June 25, 2022, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Nikki Parris; his children, Logann (Jordan), Victoria (Michael), Kaitlyn, Lilly, Jayden and Nathan; his grandson Jy'cier (JP); his father Steve Parris; his aunt Kathy Kazi; his siblings, Michael Parris Terrell (Loni), Tony Holmes, Angela McLaughlin and Ashely Wanzer (Alex); his cousin Wendy Kazi; his nieces and nephews, Miles, Jake, Thomas Chase Parris (TC), Terrell Holmes Jr., Kolby, Greyson, Brixton Simmons, Sydney Kazi, Alayjah, Alexis Wanzer and Aspen Simmons; his mother-in-law Linda Simmons; and his pets, Malcolm, Oreo, Honey and Butters.
Instead of flowers and tears, Jon would love for everyone to become a Cowboys fan this year and celebrate his life by rooting for his team as he will have the best seats in the house.
