It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ann Lathbury of Laurel, Delaware, born in Dover, Delaware, who passed away on July 2, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick L. Lathbury. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Lockerman (Jerry), Patti Jo Lathbury (Angie Damen), Karen Earp (Wayne) and Brian Lathbury; and her sisters, Elaine DeVita, Kathleen Ryan and Lisa Ogg. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
