He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Horne and Vera Horne; his daughter Sheila McCane; and his siblings, Stanley Horne and Patsy Wooters.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Lee; his brothers, Wayne Horne and Earl Horne Jr.; his daughters, Tina Rawls (Gary) and Jerrilee Horne (Melissa Kaye); his grandchildren, Windi McCane (Joey Chambers), Brandi McCane, Shelby Disharoon (Tyler), Haley Rawls and Brandon Simpson; and his great grandchildren, Alayna Chambers, Aiden Disharoon and Camden Disharoon.
