He was predeceased by: his parents, Gardner W. Williams and Mabel H. Dukes Williams; and his former wife Madeleine Williams. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Williams; his children, Ed Williams (Sandy Anken), Bonnie Hitch (Walter) and Cindy Williams; his grandchildren, Chris Williams (Marietta) and Lisa Taylor (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Sean Williams, Anika Campbell, Elliot Williams, Maddie Taylor, Silas Taylor, Bella Taylor and Emmie Taylor.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Disharoon Funeral Home Inc. (700 West St, Laurel, DE 19956). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
