She was predeceased by: her father Gardner B. Hill; her husband James L. Cecil; her children, Charmaine Bradford and James W. Cecil; and her siblings, Betty Fitzgerald, Roscoe C. Lecates and G. Willard Lecates.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Amber Walters (Mike) of Brunswick, MD., Kristin Littleton (Phillip) of Berlin, MD., Jamie Cecil (Bryan) of Laurel, DE. and Wade Cecil (Amy) of Ashville, NC.; and her siblings, Dixie (Mike Scholtes) and Gardner (Phyllis Lecates). She is also survived by great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
