We are sad to announce that on June 27, 2022, at the age of 86, Jane E. Foskey of Laurel, Delaware, born in Milford, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Evans and Catherine James; her husband Toby Foskey; her daughter Cathy Hastings; her brothers, David Evans and Richard James; her son-in-law Alan Schweitzer; and her pets, Chi Chi and Copper.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Schweitzer; her granddaughters, Beth Tyler (Chris), Amanda Payne and Jessica Payne; her great grandchildren, Toby Tyler and Aubree Hastings; and her son-in-law Brad Hastings.
