He was predeceased by: his father Claude Cecil; his children, Charmaine Bradford and James W. Cecil; and his brothers, Maurice Cecil, Coggy Cecil and Richard Cecil.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Cecil; his grandchildren, Kristen Littleton (Phillip) of Berlin, Amber Walters (Mike) of Brunswick, MD., Jamie Cecil (Bryan) of Laurel and Wade Cecil (Amy) of Ashville, NC.; and his siblings, Barbara Lord, Joyce Bennett and Donnie Cecil. He is also survived by great grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
