She was predeceased by: her father George F. Purpur Jr.. She is survived by: her sister Tammy Oliphant (Robert) of Laurel; her nieces, Alexis Oliphant of Laurel, Kelsey Oliphant of Laurel, Taylor Oliphant of Laurel and Samantha Pickard (James Pickard) of England; and her great-nieces, Thea and Halle Pickard.

Contributions may be made in Holly's memory to the Delaware SPCA.
