He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershell A. Tice and Elizabeth Rhodes Tice; his wife Patricia A. Tice; his son Kenneth Tice, Sr.; and his brothers, Kenneth Tice and Robert Tice, Sr..
He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Green, Heather Johnson (Dave) and Amy West (Huey); his grandchildren, Melissa Johnson (Donnie), Kyle Riggin (Lanai), Kenneth Tice, Jr. (Kris), Michael Fletcher (Natalie), Ricki Truitt (Zach), Josh Quillen (Skylar) and Jeri Alexander (Jared); and his close friends, Fletcher Hanks, Ellen Zinziger and Rudy Collins. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren.
