He is survived by: his wife Lois Ann Truitt (Adams); his children, Stephen Truitt, Stephanie Truitt and Carrie Coleman (Steve); his grandchildren, Jake Thomas Truitt, Austin Scott Truitt, Mia Paige Truitt, Alexis Anne Irwin, Megan Ellen Montgomery, Michael Patrick Gerhard, Tristan Wyatt Coleman and Dallas Starr Bryce; and his great grandchildren, Brooke, Amelia, Abigail, Olivia, Harry, Jacob, Raylen, Harper, Liam, Lincoln, Maverick, Elsie Jo and Grace.
