She was predeceased by: her parents, Maude Gertrude Calhoun Oliphant and Howard B. Oliphant; her husband Willard H. Fisher, Sr.; her granddaughter Sarah Elizabeth Pierce; and her brothers, William Edgar Oliphant, Robert Lee Oliphant and Fred Calhoun Oliphant.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra "Sandy" Fisher Pierce (Glenn) of Fenwick Island and Willard H. Fisher, Jr. of McLean, VA; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Pierce Thomas (JJ) and Ryan Thomas Pierce of Washington, D. C..
