He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Whaley and Emily Wootten Whaley. He is survived by: his children, Tommy Whaley (Lara), Allen Whaley (Stacy) and Laura Brown (Ronny); and his grandchildren, Jake Whaley, Emily Whaley, Amber Brown and Kristen Brown.
