He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward M. Hannigan and Irena V. Hannigan of Dover, Delaware.. He is survived by: his wife Holly Short; his son Ryan Matthew Hannigan of Laurel; his granddaughter Holly Short-Brown; his sister Dianna Hannigan-Glessner (Gary); his nieces, Stephanie Glessner-Hallman (Brent), Caroline Glessner and Emily Jewell; and his nephew Tyler Jewell. He is also survived by numerous cousins and special friends.
