He was predeceased by: his wife Venetta Price; his sons, Randy (Lois), Eric (Kim) and Freddy; and his grandchildren, Dakota and Fred Jr..
He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey (Laura) of Apalachicola and Patrick (Lori) of Laurel, Delaware..
