With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald Reynolds Dickerson Sr. of Laurel, Delaware, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 23, 2024 at the age of 96. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Donald Reynolds leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his wife Merdyst Meyer Dickerson; and his sons, Donald R. Dickerson, Jr. and Arthur L. Dickerson (Shirley). He is survived by: his children, Lewis R. Dickerson (Terry) and Carol J. Schlotterbeck (Daniel); and his brother Frazier Dickerson (Mary). He is also survived by Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
