He is survived by: his girlfriend Donna Riggins; his children, Donald Baker III (Myra), Brandy Baker, Scott Riggins, Jr. and Heather Smith (John); his brothers, Scott Baker (Karen) and Mike Baker (Cara); his grandchildren, Donald Owen Lee Baker, Rylee Lynn Baker, Zayden Riggins, Kyla Riggins, Miranda Dunkirk (Michael), Mirissa Smith, Mirah Smith and Nathan Smith; and his pets, Hank, Ellie Mae and Jethro.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bethel Worship Center (26648 Sussex Hwy, Seaford, DE 19973). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
