She is survived by: her husband Thomas Valley of Laurel, DE; her daughter Paige Willey (Justin) of Delmar, DE; her brother Jeff Hand (Mira) of Swedesboro, NJ.; her grandchildren, Brynlee, Tripp and Kolt Willey; and her nephew Martin Hand. She is also survived by her canine companion "Never" as well as extended family and friends.
