He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howard Turner and Lula Collins Turner; his wife Barbara Ann Turner; and his sisters, Wanda Johnson and Bernice Conley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa and Sabrina Cardillo (Steve) of Seaford, DE.; his granddaughter Stephanie Howard (Daniel); his great grandchildren, Brianna Cardillo, Insley Howard and Bristol Howard; and his sisters, Joyce Crisp, Carolyn Mahoney, Elsie Little, Pamela Hall, Teresa Meyers and Billie Lou Mosley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
