He was predeceased by: his stepfather George William; and his mother Katherine Collins Parsons. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Gilbert Collins; his son Brad Gilbert Collins (Deanna); and his grandchildren, Paige Collins Parlier (Keith) and Travis Gilbert Collins.
