She is survived by: her husband Damian Smith; her children, Sarah Smit, Daily Smith, Justin Kessler and Aaron Smith; her parents, Linda Lockwood and Bill Lockwood of Millsboro, DE; her sister Jammies Collins; her nephews, Caramel Collins and Kyler Collins; her niece Kaitlyn Collins; her uncles, Dennis, Bill and Jimmy Baldwin; her cousins, Jason and Melissa Baldwin; and also, Mark Smith, Jon Smith, Heather Smith and Gale Smith.
