With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Stamper in Laurel, Delaware, born in Lexington, Virginia, who passed away on May 9, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Stamper and Hester Stamper. He is survived by: his former wife Evelyn Mason; his wife Christian Outreach (MD) of Montgomery County; his children, Wayne (Anne), Gary and Nancy (Mark Hewitt); and his grandchildren, Travis (Serena), Danny Teasley (Felicia), Talon, Jacob, Gideon Hewitt (Katie), Ian and Jessica McCarthy. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
