She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Messick and Shirley Messick. She is survived by: her husband Doug Lowe; her son Bryant Lowe (Jaclyn); and her brothers, Frank Messick of Laurel, DE, David Messick of Manheim, PA and Charles Messick (Susie) of Manheim, PA.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Brenda's memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
