She was predeceased by: her parents, Hassell VanDyke and Alice Taylor VanDyke; her husband Gregory Malatesta; and her sister Carol Sweetman. She is survived by: her daughter Amy Fleetwood (Horace "Eddie"); her grandchildren, Kyle Adam, Thomas Marion, Andrew Hassel, Kaitlyn Rebecca and Helen Joy Fleetwood; and her sisters, Joyce Taylor, Laureen Stigile, Betty Sweetman and Hope Moore. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
