He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Brooks and Mabel Florence Hearn; and his brothers, Brooks, Wayne and Allen Hearn.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Hearn; his daughter Elizabeth Bishop (Carlos Bishop); his grandsons, Logan Hearn (Kelsey) and Nathan Bishop (Megan DeGrotto); his pets, Apollo, Oliver, Murphy and Duke; his sister Juanita Cahall (Floyd); and his nephew Ralph Lewis. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
In Lieu of flowers the family suggests donations in Arnold's memory to Independent Order of Odd Fellows, Charity Lodge #27, PO-Box 146, Laurel, DE 19956.
