She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence J. Evans and Edith Simpler Evans; her husband Richard Spicer; her siblings, David Evans (Sonny) and Victoria Hearn; her niece Carol Jean Calloway; and her nephew Michael Evans.
She is survived by: her sister Debbie Evans Dolby; her siblings-in-law, Steve Dolby, Mary Ellen Evans and Walter Hearn; and her nieces and nephews, Laurie Comorat (Steve), Jason Dolby, Jeff Evans (Tracey), Ricky Evans (Jodi), Shelly Evans, Robin Matthews, David Evans and Alan Peterson.
