He is survived by: his children, Lenny (Debbie), Rick, Bernie and Cynthia (John); his grandchildren, Kareylenn Thompson (JD), Rick Legar, Nicole, Lauren Legar, Melinda, Christina Legar and Zach Vogl (Heather); his great grandchildren, Mariah Furstnau, Madison Thompson, James Thompson, Ivy Legar, Autumn Legar, Jade Legar, Alexis Hicks, Gene Johnson, Makala Legar, Ciana Small, Zayon Benson, Alijah Legar, Jada Legar, Vanessa Vogl and Ace Vogl; and his niece Bernice Merhtens.
