We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2021, at the age of 69, Joyce A. Webber of Kenton, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Allen Ford and Mary Hester Ford of Kenton Delaware; and her sister Margie Ballinger. She is survived by: her son Matthew; her friend Lillian Warren; her husband William Webber (Bill); her daughter Dawn Hartsock (Jon); her grandchildren, Tyler (Gabby), Jarrett and Mason; her daughter Holly Foraker (Erik); her grandchildren, Austin and Kaitlyn; her great grandchild Matthew Webber (Bobbi Jo); her brother Wayne Ford (Valerie); and also, Nathan, Natalie, Emily and Hayden.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes contributions be made in memory of Joyce to the Helen F Graham Cancer and Research Institute.
