We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2022 we had to say goodbye to William R. Wagner in Hockessin, Delaware, born in Wilmington, Delaware. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Gwendolyn Windle; his stepfather Frederick Windle; and his grandparents, Leona and Joseph Wagner. He is survived by: his wife Kim; and his children, Christopher, Stacey and Morgan. He is also survived by two grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.

Bill proudly served his country in the U.S. Army therefore in lieu of flowers or for those desiring, memorial contributions may be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
