He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Emerson Eastburn and Pearl Elizabeth Vandiver; his wife Katherine A. Eastburn; and his siblings, Arlene Roberts and Laverne Eastburn.

He is survived by: his caregivers, Joe and Diane McGrellis; his niece Dawn Roberts; and his nephew Alan Roberts.
