He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Thompson Sr. and Helen Thompson (Broomell); and his brother William Thompson. He is survived by: his pet Bailee; his wife Judy A. Thompson; his children, Linda Wheeler (Bob) of St. Ignatius, MT, Michael Thompson (Mary) of Newark, DE and Anne Bleyl (Steve) of Woodbury, MN; and his stepdaughter Susan Barlow of Wilmington, DE. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
