It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Raphaela Peterson (Hockessin, Delaware), who passed away on January 20, 2022, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicola Campagnale and Angelina Cimorelli Campagnale; and her husband Earl Arthur Peterson. She is survived by: her children, Carl Peterson (Elizabeth) and Joan Ayers-McGackin (Jerry); her grandchildren, Joseph Ayers (Sally), Christian Ayers (Jessica), Timothy Ayers (Rachael), James Peterson (Andrea), Lisa Duncan (Eric) and Thomas Peterson; and her pet Choti. She is also survived by husband and wife, but best friends for 43 years.
She resided with her daughter since March, 2020, at the beginning of yet another pandemic, and died peacefully in her home with her daughter and son-in-law at her side.
