Paul Arendas Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Paul Arendas of Hockessin, Delaware, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 10, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Paul shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Paul farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Arendas and Julia Szegedi Arendas; his son Doug Arendas; and his siblings, Elias, George, Stephen, Mary Kalinowski and Helen Maxim.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Boccardi Arendas; his daughter Julie Huegel of North East, MD; and his brother John Arendas Jr. of Johnstown, PA.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bay View Cemetery.
