He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his sisters, Dolores Reis and Barbara Brigham (David); his children, Thomas (Kimberly) and Elizabeth Holladay (Russell); and his grandchildren, Emily, Brian, Caroline and Steven. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
