He was predeceased by: his parents, Nobue Kubota (Yamamoto) and Tatsunobu Kubota. He is survived by: his wife Ayako "Anna" Kubota; his sons, Munetaka "Taka" Kubota (Catherine "Katie" Kubota) and Alexander Takuma Kubota; his grandsons, Masamune Kieran Kubota and Hirotaka Brennan Kubota; his brother Shinji; and his sister-in-law Naoko Kubota. He is also survived by two nieces, and close family friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Masanori's name to Delaware Hospice.
