With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Martha Regina Saienni of Hockessin, Delaware, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Martha left this world on January 14, 2025 at the age of 102, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard McDermott and Martha McDermott (Brady); her husband William Saienni; her daughter Barbara Mears; and her grandson Lee Mears.
She is survived by: her children, William Saienni, Jr. (Marilyn) and Gina Bruxelles (Greg); her grandchildren, Patrice Swift (James), Quint Saienni (Stephanie), Adam Saienni (Adriana), Gabriel Saienni (Kathryn), Denise Bruxelles (Ed Griffin) and Mark Bruxelles; and her great grandchildren, Cassie, Will, Brody, Zoe, Eleanor Regina and Archie. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Mary of the Assumption Church (7200 Lancaster Pike, Hockessin, DE 19707). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at the All Saints Cemetery (6001 Kirkwood Hwy, Wilmington, DE 19808).
