He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Allongo and Norma Allongo. He is survived by: his wife Mercedes Allongo; his sons, Daniel Allongo and Michael Allongo; his granddaughters, Abigail and Eva; and his siblings, Norma Tamburrino and Alfred Allongo.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to various charitable causes using the Giving Machines located in the Fashion District at 901 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA.
