With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeannette M. Knauf in Hockessin, Delaware, born in Great Bend, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 30, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Jeannette's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Jeannette has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward J. Brick and Mabel Brick; her husband Richard H. Knauf, Jr.; her brother James Edward Brick; and her daughter-in-law Terrie Knauf.
She is survived by: her children, James (Elaine), Thomas, Ann Marie Schwartz (Michael), John (Vini), Andrew (Diane) and Laura Prechtl (Glenn). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
