He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Clarke (Flanigan) and Bernard J. Clarke; and his brother Richard Clarke. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Clarke (Johnson); his son Jason P.; his daughter-in-law Mary Kate Clarke of Philadelphia, PA; his daughter Amanda M. Clarke of Hockessin; and his siblings, Barbara Lynch (Chico) of Columbus, GA, Mary Boyle (John) of Kettering, OH, Louise Easley (Charles) of Washington, D. C., Margaret Hathaway (Mike) of Swarthmore, PA, Kelly Giblin (Thomas) of Kensington, MD and Bernard J. Clarke, Jr. (Lisa) of New Canaan, CT. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
